About our Winery

It all began with two taps,
and I was hooked...

It all began in February 2010 with two taps, some tubing and a bucket. Two days later, I had 5 gallons of sap, a turkey fryer and a roasting pan. After six hours of boiling, I had made 12oz of Pure Maple Syrup....and I was HOOKED!
